目的研究不同管理模式对茶树生物学指标和化学成分的影响。方法选取9个不同的茶树品种,均为10龄茶树,分别进行现代茶园修剪管理和自然生长处理,对比分析不同处理下各品种的开采日期、测量树高和百芽重、检测茶多酚、氨基酸等化学成分。结果不同品种现代茶园的开采日期比自然生长茶园提前6~16d,氨基酸含量平均比自然生长茶园高0.79%,自然生长茶园的树高为现代茶园的4~7倍,百芽重、茶多酚、水浸出物、咖啡碱等指标不同品种表现出不同的规律。结论不同管理模式对茶树生物学指标和化学成分有一定影响,两种管理模式下不同品种存在一定差异,可根据需求对不同品种采用不同的管理模式,同时为野生茶树的研究提供支持。
Objective To study the effects of different management modes on the biological indexes and chemical composition of tea plant. Methods Nine different tea cultivars were selected, all of which were 10-year-old tea trees. The tea gardens were pruned and pruned respectively. Different management modes can be adopted for different varieties according to the demand, at the same time, the research can provide support for the research of wild tea tree.
