钻臂是钻车的重要部件,设计得好坏直接影响钻车的灵活性、可靠性以及钻车的生产率。本文所讲的钻臂仅指掘进钻车的钻臂而言。一旦钻臂的运动方式确定以后,在保证强度和刚度等条件下,钻车工作机构的重量就是影响钻车性能的主要参数。在以重量为目标的推进器优化设计基础上,本文再集中探讨以重量最小为目标的钻臂体优化设计方法,以构成整个工作机构的重量最轻。
The boom is an important part of the rig, and the design is good or bad directly affect the rig’s flexibility, reliability and rig productivity. In this paper, the boom is only concerned with the drilling arm of the drilling rig. Once the mode of motion of the boom has been determined, the weight of the drilling rig is the primary parameter that influences the performance of the rig, with guaranteed strength and stiffness. Based on the optimal design of the propeller with the weight as its goal, this paper focuses on the optimal design method of the boom with the minimum weight as the weight to make the weight of the whole working mechanism the lightest.
