为了能够准确地对数控机床进行故障诊断,对基于Web技术的数控机床故障诊断和预报方法进行了系统地研究。研究了基于Web的数控机床故障诊断系统,分别讨论了系统的体系结构,系统的基本功能,系统功能模型以及诊断过程。研究了网络构架和系统中信号分析与处理模块的实现。分析了系统特点,并且以实际例子研究利用该技术进行数控机床故障诊断的方法。
In order to be able to accurately diagnose CNC machine tools for fault diagnosis, the fault diagnosis and prediction methods of CNC machine tools based on Web technology are systematically studied. The fault diagnosis system of CNC machine tool based on Web is studied. The system architecture, basic functions, system function model and diagnosis process of the system are discussed respectively. The network architecture and the signal analysis and processing module in the system are studied. The characteristics of the system are analyzed, and a practical example is given to study how to use the technology to diagnose the fault of CNC machine tool.
