目的:探讨对药剂科服务质量予以改进对临床医患关系的影响。方法:温州市中西医结合医院从2016年5月开始改进药剂科服务质量。通过随机调查,对2016年1~5月(实施前)、2016年6~10月(实施后)的各100名受诊患者进行问卷调查。调查内容包括药师态度、等待时间、患者满意度等方面。结果:改进药剂科服务质量后,药师配药失误率显著降低,患者等候时间显著减少(P<0.05)。患者的满意度评分(98.54±6.73)分,显著高于使用前患者的(78.62±4.65)分(P<0.05)。结论:改进药剂科的服务质量,可满足患者的身心需要,提高药剂科的工作效率,减少药剂科的患者投诉率,避免医疗纠纷的产生,并患者对护理的满意度,切实改善护理质量,深化和推进了整体护理工作,从而取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。
Objective: To explore the impact of improving the service quality of pharmacy on the relationship between clinicians and patients. Methods: Wenzhou Integrative Medicine Hospital from May 2016 to improve the quality of service. A random survey was conducted to investigate 100 surveyed patients from January to May 2016 (before implementation) and from June to October 2016 (after implementation). Survey includes pharmacists attitude, waiting time, patient satisfaction and so on. Results: After improving the quality of pharmacy services, pharmacist errors in dispensing decreased significantly and patient waiting time significantly decreased (P <0.05). Patient satisfaction score (98.54 ± 6.73) was significantly higher than that before use (78.62 ± 4.65) (P <0.05). Conclusion: Improving the service quality of pharmacy department can meet the patients’ physical and mental needs, improve the working efficiency of pharmacy department, reduce the complainant rate of pharmacy department, avoid the occurrence of medical malpractice, and patient satisfaction with nursing, improve the nursing quality, Deepen and promote the overall nursing work, which has made good social and economic benefits.
