电磁兼容性设计是电子设备系统设计的重要技术指标。机箱的屏蔽设计作为电磁兼容结构设计的实际应用。依据电磁兼容设计的基本原理,遵循屏蔽设计的基本原则,结合机箱结构设计的实际问题,针对影响屏蔽效能的主要因素,详细阐述屏蔽设计的具体措施和实施方法。考虑到线缆的处理对机箱的屏蔽有至关重要的关系,所以将线缆的屏蔽问题一并详细阐述。另外涉及到地线屏蔽问题,将接地问题也进行相应阐述。
Electromagnetic compatibility design is an important technical indicator of electronic equipment system design. Shielded enclosure design as a practical application of electromagnetic compatibility design. According to the basic principle of electromagnetic compatibility design, following the basic principles of shielding design, combined with the practical problems of chassis structure design, specific measures and implementation methods of shielding design are elaborated in the light of the main factors affecting the shielding effectiveness. Taking into account the handling of the cable shield on the chassis is crucial, so the cable shielding problems will be elaborated. Also related to the ground shielding problem, the grounding problem is also described accordingly.
