垂体的主要部分是前叶和后叶,中问有较薄的中间部。前叶中主要由腺细胞和窦状毛细血管组成,根据腺细胞的染色不同分为嫌色性、嗜酸性及嗜碱性3种细胞。后叶主要为无髓神经纤维和神经胶质细胞组成。垂体制片的优劣,主要决定于前叶3种腺细胞是否能分辨清楚。垂体的染色法有多种,本人曾采用过HE 染色法,曼氏染色法、和Mallory氏法等。这些方法,成功率均较低。后采用了Sparks 氏法染色,此法较其它染色法简便,但对于染色时间和水洗时间的长短不同,其结果差别很大,尤其前叶中8种腺细胞的颜色模糊不易区分。例如:Sparks 氏法中的第3步,用苯胺蓝水溶液染后,马上用自来水急洗约半分钟,
The main part of the pituitary is the anterior leaf and posterior leaf, asked in the middle of a thin section. The anterior leaf mainly consists of glandular cells and sinusoidal capillaries. According to the staining of glandular cells, it is divided into three kinds of cells, which are suspect, eosinophilic and basophilic. The posterior lobe is mainly composed of unmyelinated nerve fibers and glial cells. The pros and cons of pituitary tablets, mainly depends on whether the anterior leaf gland cells can distinguish clearly. Pituitary staining a variety of ways, I have used HE staining, Mann’s staining, and Mallory’s method. These methods, the success rate is low. Sparks’ method was used for the staining. Compared with other dyeing methods, this method is simple and convenient. However, the results of dyeing time and washing time vary greatly, especially the color of the eight glandular cells in the anterior leaf is indistinctly distinguished. For example: Sparks’s method in the third step, with aniline blue dye solution, immediately washed with tap water for about half a minute,
