日本医师会第三次生命伦理恳谈会发表了面对临终医疗,医生应有的态度为题的报告,内容如下。一、总论1.所谓临危医疗是指对患有不治之症而卧床的病人到死前所做的医疗而言。这一期间,可推测为6个月或更短一些。2.医生所做的延寿措施和限度①由于医学、医疗的进步,对己预见无恢复希望的病人,使患者延寿的可能性也有增加。作为医生必须从病人本身的意见、利益以及幸福观等角度出发,在全部医疗过程中综合采取延寿疗法。②医生在医治临危病人时,应尊重病人的意见与本人的决定,特别是对失掉恢复希望,愿意终止一切
