目的探讨微量注射泵经深静脉推注葡萄糖酸钙的应用效果。方法选取中国人民解放军第180医院2016年1-12月置有深静脉且需要静脉泵入10%葡萄糖酸钙患者90例,按患者入院先后顺序进行编号,采用Excel表随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组患者采用微量注射泵,对照组患者采用传统的手动静脉推注,观察两组患者的不良反应发生率。结果观察组不良反应率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用微量注射泵经深静脉推注10%葡萄糖酸钙出现的不良反应发生率较低,可有效减轻患者治疗时的身心痛苦,同时也减少护理工作量,适合临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of microinjection pump (IVC) injection of calcium gluconate via deep vein. METHODS: Ninety patients with deep venous parenchyma and intravenous infusion of 10% calcium gluconate were enrolled in the 180th Hospital of Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January to December in 2016. The patients were admitted to hospital according to the order of their admission. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group Group of 45 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with microinjection pump and the control group were treated by traditional manual intravenous injection to observe the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups. Results The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (26.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The incidence of side effects caused by intravenous injection of 10% calcium gluconate using a microinjection pump is relatively low, which can effectively alleviate the physical and psychological pain during treatment and reduce the workload of nursing. It is suitable for clinical application.
