采用过程模拟和过程分析,并运用夹点方法原则和优化技术,对某硫酸盐浆厂进行了能源分析。分析表明,热交换器和供水线路的改造可节省15%的能耗。在未漂浆洗涤和漂白以及包括水槽和水加热系统的辅助加热系统上,均有可能降耗。
The process simulation and process analysis were used, and the principle of pinch point method and optimization technology were used to analyze the energy of a sulfate slurry plant. Analysis shows that the heat exchanger and the water supply line can be converted to save 15% of energy consumption. It is possible to reduce the consumption of unbleached washing and bleaching and auxiliary heating systems including sinks and water heating systems.
