为编制《蒸压硅酸盐砌块小型砌块应用技术规程》提供试验依据,研究了蒸压硅酸盐企口小型砌块砌体抗弯性能.按照《砌体基本力学性能试验方法》(GB/T50129—2011)的要求分别进行沿通缝和沿齿缝弯曲抗拉试验,并与混凝土多孔砖砌体的抗弯性能进行对比.结果表明:不论沿通缝弯曲抗拉还是沿齿缝弯曲抗拉,蒸压硅酸盐企口小型砌块试验平均值均高于规范中混凝土多孔砖砌体弯曲抗拉强度计算平均值,试验测得沿通缝试件弯曲抗拉强度低于沿齿缝试件弯曲抗拉强度,为沿齿缝试件弯曲抗拉强度的1/2.同时将试验数据进行回归统计分析,提出蒸压硅酸盐砌块砌体弯曲抗拉强度平均值计算公式,砌块中榫卯结构的设置提高了蒸压硅酸盐企口小型砌块砌体抗弯力学性能.
In order to provide experimental basis for compiling “Application Technical Regulation of Small Block of Autoclaved Silicate Building Block”, the bending performance of small block masonry for autoclaved silicate block was studied.According to “Test Method of Basic Mechanical Properties of Masonry Building” ( GB / T50129-2011), the bending tensile test along the crevice and along the crevice was carried out and compared with the flexural performance of the perforated brick masonry.The results show that no matter whether the tensile crack along the through-seam crack or along the crevice The average values of bending tensile and autoclaved silicate small blocks are all higher than the average values of the bending tensile strength of concrete perforated brick masonry in the code.
