目的 :观察精泰来颗粒对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学的作用。方法 :皮下注入Adr(肾上腺素 ) +冰水浴 4分钟造成大鼠急性血瘀模型 ,测定全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞变形能力、聚集指数、PT和APTT等指标。结果 :精泰来颗粒可明显降低急性血瘀大鼠全血粘度、血浆粘度值 ,降低红细胞聚集指数和全血切变率 1时全血粘度和红细胞变性能力。明显延长急性血瘀大鼠PT和APTT时间。结论 :精泰来具有抗凝血和改善血液流变学作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of Jingtailai granule on hemorheology of acute blood stasis rats. METHODS: The acute blood stasis model was induced by subcutaneous injection of Adr (adrenaline) + ice water bath for 4 minutes. The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, red blood cell deformability, aggregation index, PT and APTT were measured. Results : Jingtailai granules can significantly reduce the blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of rats with acute blood stasis, and reduce the red blood cell aggregation index and whole blood shear rate when the whole blood viscosity and red blood cell degeneration ability. Significantly prolonged PT and APTT time in acute bloody rats. Conclusion: Jingtailai has anticoagulant effect and improves hemorheology.
