Contact interferometer is the legal department of the measurement department to test the third block. In this paper, an automatic measuring system based on contact interferometer is introduced, which replaces visual estimation with photoelectric detection, relieves eye fatigue of operators and can process data automatically. Software system with the latest national accreditation standards, easy to learn and easy to use.
