当代书法批评滞后于书法创作,其原因不能仅仅归结于书法家对书法批评的接受能力等因素,书法批评方法的局限是另外一个原因,甚至是最主要的一个原因。完整意义的书法批评包括书法作品批评与书法家批评两个方面。针对这两个方面,基本的书法批评方法应该包括技法批评法、社会历史批评法、道德批评法、文化学批评法、心理学批评法等几种。书法批评如果游离于这些基本方法之外,只能是一种准书法批评,甚至是一种伪书法批评。一般的书法批评主要针对书法作品,与此相应的书法批评方法主要是技法批评法。技法批评法可以针对所有书法作品和所有书法家,换言之,这种批评方法可以面对已故的古代书法家,也可以面对活跃于当下的
Contemporary calligraphy criticism lags behind calligraphy creation, the reason can not be attributed solely to the calligrapher’s acceptance of calligraphy criticism and other factors, the limitations of calligraphy criticism is another reason, or even the most important reason.
