大型圆筒型FDSO(Floating Drilling Storage Offloading)采用浮力超常制造方法直接在水上建造,基于其单件实时调整的建造方法,建造过程中对整个平台及分段的重心位置进行全程精度控制具有重要意义。针对水上漂浮的不稳定性,提出了一种实时监控、动态调整、缩放公差的精度控制方法。应用尺寸链原理推导了FDSO建造过程分段精度的动态总体重心误差缩放公式,使得各分段无需高精度制造,但总体重心精度水平极高,提高了平台工作性能,保证了建造稳定性和质量,为未来高精密智能化造船提供了理论依据。
Large-scale cylindrical FDSO (Floating Drilling Storage Offloading) is built directly on water using buoyancy supernormal manufacturing method. It is of great significance to control the whole precision of the whole platform and the center of gravity of the section during the construction process based on the single-piece real-time adjustment method . Aiming at the instability of water floating, a precision control method of real-time monitoring, dynamic adjustment and scaling tolerance was proposed. The principle of size chain was used to derive the dynamic total centroid error scaling formula for the segmentation accuracy of FDSO so that the segments do not need to be manufactured with high precision. However, the overall center of gravity accuracy is very high, which improves the platform performance and ensures the stability and quality of construction , Providing a theoretical basis for the future high-precision intelligent shipbuilding.
