目的:观察南京地区某医院空气中的真菌种类、数量及其季节消长。方法:应用曝皿和曝片方法进行全年调查。结果:曝皿调查收集到真菌菌落535个,鉴定为15个属种;曝片调查共收集到各类真菌孢子6533个,共23个属种。结论:优势真菌中以交链孢霉、黑粉菌、小球腔菌、芽枝菌、毛霉、镰刀霉、酵母菌、曲霉等数量较多,且大多数均有明显的季节性,高峰期多数在5月~11月。
Objective: To observe the airborne fungi in a hospital in Nanjing, their quantity and their seasonal fluctuation. Methods: An annual survey was conducted using the method of exposure and exposure. Results: A total of 535 fungal colonies were collected and identified as 15 genera in the cupping survey. A total of 6533 spores of various fungi were collected from the survey, covering a total of 23 genera.
