通过调整预氧化温度及走丝速度,研究了两者对聚丙烯腈基预氧丝体密度的影响,并进一步研究了预氧丝体密度对碳纤维体密度、拉伸强度及拉伸模量的影响。结果表明:提高预氧化温度有利于预氧丝体密度的增加,而走丝速度提高后预氧丝体密度有所下降;碳纤维体密度会随着预氧丝体密度的增加而降低;随着预氧丝体密度的提高,碳纤维拉伸强度出现先上升后下降的趋势,但是预氧丝体密度对拉伸模量影响不大。
By adjusting the pre-oxidation temperature and wire-drawing speed, the effects of both on the density of polyacrylonitrile-based preoxidized filaments were studied. The effects of pre-oxidized filaments density on the bulk density, tensile strength and tensile modulus influences. The results show that increasing the pre-oxidation temperature is conducive to the increase of the density of the pre-oxidized filaments, while the pre-oxidized filaments densified with the increase of the take-up speed. The carbon fiber densities decrease with the increase of the pre- Pre-oxidized filament density increased, the tensile strength of carbon fiber first increased and then decreased, but the pre-oxidized filament density had little effect on the tensile modulus.
