本文报道了用化学药剂和植物生长调节剂处理(浸泡、喷雾、熏蒸)甘蔗种苗(Saccharum officinarum L.)对其萌芽及早期生长的影响。供试的22种药剂均能在一定程度上影响甘蔗萌芽和蔗苗生长,其中表现最好的7种药剂及其使用浓度是:0.01ppm(有效成分计,下同)油菜素内酯(BR)、50~900ppm乙烯利(CEPA)、2%熟石灰[Ca(OH)_2]、0.25%苛性钾(KOH)、200ppm黄腐酸(FA)、20ppm精氨酸(Arg)和1%硝酸钙〔Ca(No_3)_2〕。它们极显著(BR、CEPA,a=0.01)或显著[Ca(OH)_2、KoH,a=0.05〕及明显地提高了甘蔗出苗率并有利于蔗苗的早期生长,其作用特点各异。其中乙烯利处理,除显著促进萌芽和分蘖外,还可随处理浓度的增高而极显著地改变蔗苗形态。
This article reports the effects of treatment (immersion, spraying, fumigation) of sugarcane seedlings (Saccharum officinarum L.) with chemical agents and plant growth regulators on their germination and early growth. The 22 kinds of pesticides tested could all affect the sprouting of sugarcane and the growth of sugarcane seedlings to a certain extent. Among them, the best performing 7 kinds of medicaments and their concentrations were 0.01ppm (active ingredient, the same below) brassinosteroid (BR ), 50-900 ppm ethephon, 2% hydrated lime [Ca (OH) 2], 0.25% KOH, 200 ppm FA, 20 ppm arginine and 1% [Ca (No_3) _2]. (BR, CEPA, a = 0.01) or significantly [Ca (OH) 2, KoH, a = 0.05) and significantly increased the emergence rate of sugarcane and the early growth of sugarcane seedlings. Among them, ethephon treatment, in addition to significantly promote germination and tillering, but also with the treatment of the concentration increases and very significantly change the seedling morphology.
