种质间差异对猕猴桃籽油含量及主要成分具有显著影响。不同种类中,大籽猕猴桃出籽率达3.35%,种子出油率达30.57%,果实出油率为1.02%;阔叶猕猴桃出籽率达5.02%,种子出油率为14.97%,果实出油率为0.75%;这两个种类极具开发价值。籽油成分中,美味猕猴桃α-亚麻酸含量达59.34%,漓江猕猴桃角鲨烯含量达0.52%;9个猕猴桃种类中,有5个种类不含角鲨烯(中华、毛花、软枣、湖北、狗枣猕猴桃),一个种类不含α-亚麻酸(软枣猕猴桃)。
The differences among germplasms had significant effects on the content and main components of kiwifruit seed oil. In different species, the seed germination rate was 3.35%, the seed oil yield was 30.57%, the fruit oil yield was 1.02%; the seedling rate of broad-leaved kiwifruit was 5.02% and the seed oil yield was 14.97% Oil rate of 0.75%; these two types of great development value. Among the seed oil components, the content of α-linolenic acid was 59.34% in kiwifruit and 0.52% in kiwifruit in Lijiang River. Among 9 species of kiwifruit, 5 species did not contain squalene (Chine, Hubei, dog date kiwi), a species without alpha-linolenic acid (jujube kiwi).
