基于朱家山隧道工程特点,针对千枚岩挤压性大变形隧道支护设计与施工技术难题,展开详细研究,提出了“刚柔并剂”的支护结构设计思路,确定了以加长系统锚杆、加强锁脚及钢架强度等为重点的支护参数,阐述了千枚岩隧道的施工要点,并着重对二次衬砌施作时机控制标准、地下水超前探测和及时排放、大拱脚设计及可能出现的大变形和高应力等技术关键进行了深入探讨。
