水稻亚种间广亲和组合 CPSLO 17×IR_(26)和不亲和组合 7627 B×IR_(26)杂种一代部分雄性不育的细胞学研究阐明在四分体时期以前一般花药发育均正常,单核期后 7627 B×IR_(26)杂种F_1部分花粉败育。TTC染色反应显示 CPSLO 17×IR_(26)组合比 7627 B×IR_(26)组合花粉脱 H 酶活性高。此外,CPSLO 17×IR_(26)F_1花药在位于药隔两侧的药室间凹陷部位底部的表皮细胞下形成两个发达的“药室间组织间隙”,这对花药开裂十分有利。荧光染色法看出两个不同杂种柱头上萌发的花粉粒数最有显著差异。
