分析了城轨行业的高速发展为城轨企业带来前所未有的发展机遇,同时也带来的许多挑战。就城轨企业主要面临着供应商结构较差、供应商数量较多、供应商质量不高以及供应商合作不深等问题,提出提升供应商管理能力是城轨企业发展的重要基础。基于供应商的利己性、信息不对称性以及制度设计的以人为本的前提,应为供应商构建持续稳定的需求环境,与供应商搭建有效沟通的信息渠道并形成良好的合作机制。
Analyzes the rapid development of the urban rail industry has brought unprecedented opportunities for development for the urban rail enterprises, but also brings many challenges.
