This paper introduces the results of on-site hydraulic filling construction test in the reconstruction project of low-lying land in Qinling Power Plant, and demonstrates the feasibility of hydraulic mechanical conveying and filling of fly ash-filled dam under plain site conditions. The corresponding construction technology is preliminarily determined, and the filling effect of the construction method is evaluated. This shows that the construction technology is effective, safe and feasible.
