为高效提取桑叶中富有的黄酮类活性成分,在对超声波辅助提取桑叶总黄酮工艺中的主要条件进行单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面二阶设计方法,以桑叶总黄酮提取率为响应值,选择提取时间、乙醇体积分数、原料质量浓度进行3因素3水平优化试验设计,并对结果进行多元回归分析后建立各因素对桑叶总黄酮提取率影响的二次多项回归模型,得到超声波辅助提取桑叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度50℃,乙醇体积分数80%,原料质量浓度0.025 g/mL,提取时间40 min。在此工艺条件下桑叶总黄酮提取率的预测值为1.60%,验证值为1.59%,表明建立的优化数学回归模型能较好地预测超声波辅助提取桑叶总黄酮的提取率,优化的工艺条件具有实用参考价值。
