1975年6月20日与7月17日,我区发生了两起由剩饭引起的食物中毒,经流行病学调查、临床分析和实验室诊断,证明中毒因子为蜡样芽孢杆菌。另外,对本菌的中毒机理与药物敏感性进行了初步实验研究。现将工作结果报告如下: 一、流行病学调查1.1975年6月20日中午,我区某单位40名职工在食堂进午餐,1个半小时后,陆续有21名职工发生恶心、呕吐、腹痛、胃区不适、头晕、无力等症状。该日午餐主食高粮米饭和面条,付食葱头、大头菜汤。高粮米饭是前一天中午剩的,
