《市场营销学》是经济管理专业的一门重要课程,现结合当前市场由卖方市场转变为买方市场的实际,撰写本文,以帮助学员对这一学科的理解。我国经济经过20多年的高速增长,经济形势已经出现了质的变化,从根本上摆脱了短缺经济状态。随之,市场商品供求关系也发生了根本变化,大部分商品的供给已经满足或者超过了市场需求,由供不应求的卖方市场转变为供大于求的买方市场。特别是近一二年来买方市场发展很快。据国内贸易部分析:1979年下半年,全国613种直接关系人民生活和生产的商品中,供求基本平衡的商品408种,占66.6%;供过于求的商品195种,占31.8%;供不应求的商品10种,仅占1.6%。另据对601种主要
