靶向给药系统将药物通过局部给药选择性地浓集定位于靶组织、靶器官、靶细胞或细胞内结构,避免药物对健康组织造成损伤。姜黄素具有多种药理学活性,但是由于稳定性、水溶性差,生物利用度低限制了它的临床应用。近年来文献报道了多种姜黄素靶向新剂型,克服了上述缺点。本文主要从脂质体,配体-受体,磁性氧化铁等靶向载药体系等方面,论述姜黄素靶向新剂型的设计思路及其药理学效果。并分析靶向新剂型的优缺点以及未来发展趋势。
Targeted drug delivery systems selectively localize drugs to target tissues, target organs, target cells or intracellular structures by topical administration to prevent the drug from damaging healthy tissues. Curcumin has a variety of pharmacological activities, but because of its stability, poor water solubility and low bioavailability limit its clinical application. In recent years, many curcumin targeted new dosage forms have been reported in the literature, overcoming the above shortcomings. In this paper, we mainly discuss the design and pharmacological effects of curcumin targeting new dosage forms, such as targeting drug delivery systems such as liposomes, ligand-receptors and magnetic iron oxide. And analyze the advantages and disadvantages of targeting new formulations and future trends.
