用RPHPLC法测定了中国千金藤属(Stephania)25种植物68个样品中7种生物活性生物碱千金藤定碱、青风藤碱、异紫堇定碱、左旋四氢巴马汀、克斑宁、防己诺林碱和粉防己碱。固定相为ODS,流动相以甲醇—水—三乙胺系统作梯度洗脱,检测波长282nm。本法简便、灵敏、分离度好,并提供了新的考察提取率的方法。根据含量测定的结果,尤其是一些新种的含量结果,为生产和临床扩大药源提供有用的信息。
RP-HPLC method was used to determine the seven bioactive alkaloids, celestine, glautiatrine, isorhinine, levamisotetrahydropalmatine in 68 samples of 25 species of Stephania, Dexamethasone, dextromethorphan and tetrandrine. The stationary phase was ODS. The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of methanol-water-triethylamine at a detection wavelength of 282 nm. This method is simple, sensitive, good separation, and provides a new way to examine the extraction rate. Based on the results of the determination of content, especially the content of some new species, the results provide useful information for the production and clinical expansion of drug sources.
