本文介绍北京地铁西单车站一号施工横通道,与正洞导坑交接处开口段结构静载模型试验情况。试验表明,在开口的薄弱部位,设置钢筋格栅环框来提高结构的刚度是可行和必要的;设置二道内衬结构安全、合理,而设置三道内衬结构则更为安全可靠。试验结果为该地铁车站合理设计和施工提供重要资料。本文还介绍了拱形洞室结构混凝土衬砌和钢筋格栅的模拟试验过程和方法。
This article introduces the static load model test of the open section structure of the crossing of No.1 crosswalk at Xidan Station of Beijing Metro and the pilot tunnel. The test shows that it is feasible and necessary to set the rebar grille ring frame to increase the stiffness of the structure in the weak part of the opening. It is safe and reasonable to set the two lining structure, and the three lining structure is more safe and reliable. The test results provide important information for the rational design and construction of the metro station. This paper also introduces the process and method of simulation test of concrete lining and steel grid in cavern structure.
