在大量室内实验分析的基础上,进行了腐蚀环境分析,找出了评价环空保护液腐蚀性浸泡实验的温度为100℃。同时开展了在用环空保护液理化性能测试和腐蚀性能测试,根据实验结果对在用环空保护液进行了优化,优选出了合理的杀菌剂和缓蚀剂。该研究成果不仅为Y油田的油套防腐设计提供了依据,还为其他油田油套环空腐蚀环境分析和环空保护液优化提供了一套方法。
Based on a large number of laboratory experiments, the corrosion environment was analyzed and the temperature of 100 ℃ for evaluating the corrosive immersion test of annular protection solution was found out. At the same time carried out in the use of annulus protective fluid physical and chemical properties of the corrosion test, according to the experimental results in the use of annular space protection solution was optimized, the preferred fungicides and corrosion inhibitors. The research results not only provide the basis for the anticorrosive design of the oil jacket in Y oil field, but also provide a set of methods for the analysis of the annular corrosion environment of the oil jacket in the oilfield and the optimization of the annular protecting solution.
