目的 :研究施肥种类对家种丹参成分丹参酮ⅡA 含量的影响。方法 :采用枯饼 (种子经榨油后剩余的残渣 ,使成饼状 )、猪粪、鸡粪、鸭粪、人粪、草木灰、药渣 (中药材经过提取后剩余的残渣 )、磷肥、复合肥等分别组合施肥 ,一年后采收 ,采用HPLC法测定家种丹参中主要成分丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。结果 :不同肥料种植的丹参所含丹参酮ⅡA 的含量有较大差异。结论 :草木灰、枯饼与复合肥适合丹参的种植 ,有利于丹参酮ⅡA 的含量提高
Objective : To study the effects of different fertilization types on the content of tanshinone IIA in the inbred Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Method: The use of dried cake (residue left after the oil is pressed to make the cake), pig manure, chicken manure, duck manure, human excrement, plant ash, dregs (after the residue of the extraction of Chinese herbal medicines after extraction), phosphate fertilizer, Compound fertilizers were separately combined and fertilized, and harvested one year later. The content of tanshinone IIA, the main component of the family Salvia miltiorrhiza, was determined by HPLC. Results : The contents of tanshinone IIA contained in different fertilizers were different. Conclusion : The plant ash, dried cake and compound fertilizer are suitable for the cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza, which is beneficial to the increase of the content of tanshinone IIA
