我校依据现行普通高中音乐特长生培养和选拔形式,针对新形势下高校音乐专业人才选拔和新课程改革,以及学生学情心理特征、学习动机,结合音乐专业自身特点,遵循音乐艺术的感知规律,注重个性发展,体现导向性、科学性、整体性与可操作性原则,培养过程注重形成性评价与终结性评价相结合,合理解决音乐专业学习和文化课学习的时效性冲突。“小团体教学”模式的确立,为艺术特长生的培养找到了一个科学合理、操作简便的途径,提高了专业课教学效果,拓展了教学空间,培养了学生的艺术实践能力,为学生发挥艺术潜能,冲刺高考打下了坚实的基础。
