介绍了一种应用于冷轧脱脂处理线上的高压水射流清洗新技术。对高压水射流清洗的打击力、喷嘴的安装布置方式等作了理论分析,并对该技术可能导致的带钢变形问题做了验算。通过该新技术在某钢厂脱脂线实际应用的良好效果,进一步证明了该技术具有高效节能、无污染等优点。 A new technology of high pressure water jet cleaning applied in cold rolling degreasing treatment line is introduced. This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the striking power of high-pressure water jet cleaning, the installation and arrangement of nozzles, and makes a check on the strip deformation problems that the technology may cause. The good effect of the new technology in practical application of degreasing line in a steel mill further proves that the technology has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, no pollution and the like.
