目的对某FT-LCD面板关键材料ITO靶材生产制备氧化铟工艺系统进行职业病危害预评价。方法国际化学品工具箱法(ICCT)风险评估法。结果该工艺系统存在的主要化学品职业病危害因素有:铟及其化合物、二氧化锡、盐酸、氢氧化钠、氨、尿素、丙酮等。拟采取的职业病防护设施满足职业病防治的要求,该工艺系统拟采取的控制方法是有效的,职业病危害发生的可能性比较小。结论应用ICCT风险评估法对氧化铟工艺建设项目进行职业病危害预评价是可行的。
Objective To preliminarily evaluate the occupational hazards of indium oxide production system for the production of ITO target material, a key material of an FT-LCD panel. Method International Chemical Toolbox Methodology (ICCT) Risk Assessment Method. Results The major chemical occupational hazards in the process system were indium and its compounds, tin dioxide, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, ammonia, urea and acetone. The proposed occupational disease protection facilities meet the requirements of prevention and control of occupational diseases. The control methods to be adopted by the process system are effective and the occupational disease hazards are less likely to occur. Conclusion It is feasible to apply ICCT risk assessment method to pre-evaluate occupational hazards in indium oxide process construction projects.
