Ministry of Communications and China International Engineering Consulting Corporation On November 11, 1994 to November 14, 1994, Liaoning Province held a joint review meeting on the report of Shenzhen-Dalian Expressway Post-Evaluation Report. More than 60 leaders, experts from the State Development Planning Commission and 19 units in 8 provinces and cities attended the meeting.
