针对车身覆盖件用6016铝合金固溶处理后自然时效过程导致的硬化问题,研究了预时效温度对自然时效过程及后续烤漆硬化过程中硬度的影响,并通过光学显微镜、透射电镜进行了微观精细结构观察。结果表明:随自然时效时间的延长,铝合金硬度呈现升高的趋势,且前期升高速率极快;经80℃×4 h的预时效处理,自然时效14天后硬度值最小,而人工时效后硬度增量最大;自然时效过程中过饱和固溶原子发生聚集形成GP区,经人工时效处理后,晶内有亚稳强化相析出。
