本研究以小麦品种聊大1号为试验材料,研究UV-B辐射对聊大1号苗期叶片蛋白质组的影响。双向电泳分析发现,UV-B辐射处理和未处理的聊大1号有15个蛋白差异点,经质谱分析成功鉴定出6个蛋白差异点:其中1个为Rubisco大亚基(碳水化合物代谢);2个为参与翻译类的蛋白;2个为具有运输类功能的蛋白;1个为质子-ATP酶α亚基。这些结果可为小麦抗UV-B辐射机理研究和抗性育种提供依据。
In this study, Liaodai No.1, a wheat cultivar, was used as experimental material to study the effect of UV-B radiation on the proteome in leaves of Liaodong No.1 seedling. Two-dimensional electrophoresis analysis showed that there were 15 protein differences between Liaobu-1 and untreated UV-B radiation, and six protein differences were successfully identified by mass spectrometry analysis: one was Rubisco large subunit (carbohydrate metabolism) Two were protein involved in translation, two were protein with transport function and one was proton-ATPase alpha subunit. These results can provide the basis for wheat anti-UV-B radiation mechanism research and resistance breeding.
