对精子穿透无透明带仓鼠卵的影响实验,除临床对不孕症及避孕对象检查其受精能力外,亦补作为新药实验药效学方法之一,用以评价新药的抗生育效果。本实验是采用这一方法,研究了蚯蚓提取物及其制剂对人精子穿透无透明带仓鼠卵的影响。结果表明,蚯蚓提取物及其制剂对人精子穿透无透明带仓鼠卵均有明显的影响,当其浓度在5mg/ml以上时均可抑制人精子穿透无透明带仓鼠卵而阻止受精。这为评价该药的抗生育作用,开发一种新的中药杀精避孕药物提供了科学依据。
The effect of penetrating spermatozoa without zonal hamster eggs was tested, and in addition to the clinical examination of infertility and the ability of the contraceptive to examine its fertilization, it also complements one of the experimental pharmacodynamics methods of the new drug to evaluate the antifertility effects of the new drug. In this experiment, this method was used to study the effects of wolfberry extract and its preparations on the penetration of human sperm without zonal hamster eggs. The results showed that wolfberry extract and its preparation had a significant effect on the penetration of human spermatozoa into ovaryless hamster eggs. When the concentration was above 5 mg/ml, it could inhibit human sperm from penetrating into the ovary of hamsters without hindrance to fertilization. This provides a scientific basis for evaluating the anti-fertility effects of the drug and developing a new Chinese herbal anti-fertility contraceptive drug.
