为解决设备修理各岗位不同单位的被考评人员存在考核标准不一、评价权重不一致等实际问题,建立了模糊综合评判法和层次分析法相结合的评价模型。通过分析岗位能力指标,建立层次结构模型,应用模糊综合评价法进行评价,对其适应性进行分析,并进行示例验证。结果表明:该方法能准确得到修理岗位人员的量化数值和评价结果,可为设备修理岗位能力的评估及改进提供理论支持。
In order to solve practical problems such as different appraisal standards and inconsistent appraisal weight of appraised personnel in different units of equipment repair, an appraisal model combining fuzzy comprehensive appraisal and AHP was established. Through analyzing job competence index, establishing the hierarchical structure model, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate, analyzing its adaptability and verifying with examples. The results show that this method can get the quantified values and evaluation results of the repairing staff accurately, which can provide theoretical support for the evaluation and improvement of the equipment repair capacity.
