下白石大桥主跨为260 m,名列国内第三位的大跨径预应力混凝土连续刚构桥,采用悬臂节段整体浇注施工。介绍了主桥箱梁14 m高节段的一次悬浇、塑料波纹管和真空辅助压浆、精轧高强螺纹粗钢筋锚固、箱梁悬臂施工控制、墙式嵌岩基础等新技术。 Under the main span of the Shiraishi Bridge is 260 m, which is ranked as the third large-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge in China with integral cantilever construction. The new technologies such as primary cantilever casting at 14 m high section of main box girder, plastic corrugated pipe and vacuum-assisted grouting, anchoring of high-strength threaded coarse steel bar, cantilever construction control of box girder and wall-embedded rock foundation are introduced.
