目的探讨准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)前后泪液中表皮生长因子(h-EGF)含量的变化及与角膜雾状混浊形成的关系。方法用放射免疫法检测40例近视患者PRK手术前后泪液中表皮生长因子(h-EGF)的含量。结果PRK手术后第一天泪液中h-EGF含量明显升高(P<0.01),术后一个月逐渐恢复正常。结论h-EGF泪液中含量的变化可能与角膜伤口愈合、雾状混浊及视力回退有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of epidermal growth factor (h-EGF) in tear fluid before and after excimer laser keratectomy (PRK) and its relationship with haze formation. Methods The levels of epidermal growth factor (h-EGF) in 40 patients with myopia before and after PRK were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The content of h-EGF in tear fluid on the first day after PRK operation was significantly increased (P <0.01), and gradually returned to normal one month after PRK operation. Conclusion The changes of content of h-EGF tear may be related to corneal wound healing, haze and visual acuity.
