参照国内外关于经济周期波动的研究,本文采用GDP这一指标来衡量新疆的经济周期波动,样本区间选定为1952~2015年。此外,为剔除价格因素,对各年份GDP按照1952年不变价进行了折算处理,运用全样本CF滤波法进行趋势处理后,采用“谷—谷”法对新疆1953年以来的经济周期波动进行阶段划分,大体可分为10轮周期(见表1)。新疆经济周期波动的特征 With reference to the research on the economic cycle at home and abroad, this paper uses the index of GDP to measure the economic cycle of Xinjiang.
