[病例385] 患者42岁,女,初诊于1970年7月22日。病历:患者5年来患一种奇病。主诉为右半脸发作性地产生麻痹和疼痛。一次发作持续20～30天,一年到头无法洗脸。一触碰脸就疼痛加剧,稍为好些时只能用湿手巾轻轻地擦一擦。发作时不能咀嚼食物。疼痛严重时在吃饭时只好放下碗筷。不能说话而只能笔谈。遇见吹风疼痛加剧,下雨天症状加剧。不发作时也是病魔缠身只是麻痹和疼痛稍减轻而已。春 [Case 385] Patient 42 years old, female, newly diagnosed July 22, 1970.
