通过考察电场参数对吉林油田W/O型乳状液中水颗粒聚结效果的影响,发现了高频脉冲交流电场的脱水规律:脱水率随脉冲频率的增大呈现先增大而后减小的趋势,当脉冲频率达到4.43kHz时,达到峰值;脱水率随脉冲幅度的增大亦呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当脉冲幅度为1320V时,达到峰值;脱水率随脉宽比的增大逐渐增大,当脉宽比为85%时,达到最大值。破乳剂可以缩小高频脉冲电场对乳状液的破乳脱水范围,包括降低最佳脉冲频率和脉宽比,但破乳剂对最佳脉冲幅度没有影响。吉林油田原油乳状液的最佳破乳参数:脉冲频率为3.86kHz,脉冲幅度为1320V,脉宽比为75%,PR929破乳剂加量为60mg/L,脱水温度为55℃,脱水时间为10min,此时,W/O型乳状液脱水率接近100%。
