本文系在活塞环的椭圆筒体加工研制的基础上,对活塞环的单体椭圆加工、正圆筒体加工、椭圆筒体加工等加工工艺进行比较,阐述各自的优缺点,说明椭圆筒体活塞环的优点。并对椭圆筒体活塞环的加工设备作一些简单的介绍。 一、研制椭圆筒体活塞环的目的和意义 活塞环生产,我国目前大致有以下两种典型工艺:一是筒体铸造,正圆加工的所谓筒体正圆环,即等压环;一是单体铸造,仿形加工的所谓单体椭圆环,即高点环。这两种工艺各有自己的优缺点,比较如下:
