劳动关系、劳动用工管理是企业人力资源管理基础,只有不断规范劳动用工管理行为,才能完善企业用工关系,规避用工风险,使企业获得更好的发展。对于煤炭行业来说,随着我国煤炭价格的不断下滑以及国家经济形势的改变,我国煤炭行业面临着巨大的挑战以及对于自身困局进行升级转型的迫切需求。新形势下煤炭企业要想获得更好的发展并突破自身困局就必须调整用工管理措施和加强煤炭企业用工风险防范。本文结合我国煤炭行业劳动用工的实际情况,分析讨论如何规范企业劳动用工,化解劳资纠纷,从而规避企业用工风险,完善劳动关系,实现企业和谐发展。
Labor relations and employment management are the foundation of human resources management in enterprises. Only by continuously standardizing the management of labor and employment can we improve the employment relationship and avoid the risks of employment, so that the enterprises can get better development. As for the coal industry, as China’s coal prices continue to decline and the country’s economic situation changes, China’s coal industry is facing enormous challenges as well as the urgent need to upgrade and transform its own predicament. Under the new situation, if coal enterprises want to get better development and break through their own dilemma, they must adjust labor management measures and strengthen risk prevention of coal enterprises. Based on the actual situation of labor and employment in the coal industry in our country, this article analyzes and discusses how to standardize the labor and employment of enterprises and resolve the labor disputes so as to avoid the employment risks of enterprises, perfect the labor relations and realize the harmonious development of the enterprises.
