以1,4-二羟基萘,N-叔丁氧羰基-1,2-乙二胺和二茂铁为原料,合成了一种对Hg2+具有双重识别功能的探针分子(FcL),其结构经1 H NMR和元素分析表征.采用DPV和FL研究了FcL对Hg2+的识别性能.结果表明:在混合溶剂(MeOH-H2O)中,FcL对Hg2+有电化学和荧光识别性能.荧光方法对Hg2+的线性检测范围为1.3×10-7~5.6×10-6 mol·L-1,检出限为3.5×10-8 mol·L-1.“,”Adual-function probe (FcL) for Hg2+was synthesized from 1,4-dihydroxynaphthalene, N-Boc-ethylenediamine and ferrocene.The structure was characterized by 1 H NMR and elemental analy-sis.The recognition property of FcL on Hg2+was investigated by DPV and FL.The results showed that Hg2+was identified by electrochemical and fluorescence in methanol-H2 O.The fluorescence method for the determination of Hg2+exhibits a dynamic response concentration range of 1.3 ×10 -7 ~5.6 × 10 -6 mol· L-1 with a detection limit of 3.5 ×10 -8 mol· L-1 .
