为了进一步提高煤矿井下用聚晶金刚石复合片(PDC)钻头的钎焊强度,运用有限元方法对PDC钻头45钢接头的钎焊残余应力分布进行了数值模拟,分析了钎缝厚度和形状对残余应力的影响,设计并分析了不等间距接头的残余应力。对优化钎焊工艺,提高PDC钻头的钎焊质量具有指导意义。
In order to further improve the brazing strength of polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) drill bits in coal mine, finite element method was used to simulate the brazing residual stress distribution of PDC bit 45 steel joints. The effects of brazing seam thickness and shape on residual strength Stress, the residual stress of unequal pitch joint was designed and analyzed. It is instructive to optimize brazing process and improve brazing quality of PDC bit.
