基于消极人际互动视角并考虑团队任务情境,构建了社会阻抑与团队知识共享的概念模型,并通过选取本土企业75个研发团队的配对样本,运用层级回归分析对假设进行验证。研究结果发现,社会阻抑与团队知识共享显著负相关,但是这种负向关系取决于团队任务情境(即任务相依性)。具体地,在低任务相依性的团队中,社会阻抑与团队知识共享显著负相关;而在高任务相依性的团队中,相关关系不显著。
Based on the perspective of negative interpersonal interaction and considering the mission of the team, a conceptual model of social repression and team-based knowledge sharing was constructed. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to verify the hypothesis by selecting matching samples from 75 R & D teams of local enterprises. The findings show that social repression is significantly and negatively related to team knowledge sharing, but this negative relationship depends on the team mission context (ie task dependency). Specifically, social repression is significantly and negatively related to team knowledge sharing in low mission dependency teams, whereas in high mission dependency teams, the correlation is not significant.
