首次用高效液相色谱和高分辨质谱以及二苯基苦基苯肼自由基试验法对海棠(Malus hupehensis)叶提取物的清除自由基活性和成分及清除DPPH自由基活性进行了研究,结果表明:海棠叶的甲醇提取物具有一定的清除DPPH自由基活性,对0.4mg/mL DPPH自由基的半数清除浓度为0.53mg叶/mL甲醇。薄层实验表明海棠叶的甲醇提取物组成较单一。DPPH实验表明提取物中有一极性较低的弱的自由基清除活性物质存在。HPLC-DAD-MS分析表明海棠叶甲醇提取物的主要成分可能为:C7H12O6、C6H14O6、C21H24O11、C21H24O10和C21H20O11,其中C21H24O11、C21H24O10和C21H2O O11三个化合物都有明显的清除自由基活性。
The free radical scavenging activities and components of Malus hupehensis leaves extracts and DPPH radical scavenging activities were studied by high performance liquid chromatography with high resolution mass spectrometry and diphenyl picrylhydrazyl free radical test. : Begonia leaf methanol extract has a certain DPPH radical scavenging activity, the half-value of 0.4mg / mL DPPH radical scavenging concentration of 0.53mg leaf / mL methanol. Thin-layer experiments showed that Begonia leaves methanol extract more single composition. DPPH experiments showed that there was a weak polar free radical scavenging active in the extract. HPLC-DAD-MS analysis showed that the main constituents of the methanolic extracts of Begonia japonica could be C7H12O6, C6H14O6, C21H24O11, C21H24O10 and C21H20O11, of which C21H24O11, C21H24O10 and C21H2O O11 all had obvious scavenging free radical activity.
