目的:探讨小学生唾液溶菌酶正常参考值范围。方法:采用先进的唾液采集管收集唾液,采用比浊法测定唾液中溶菌酶含量,按性别、年龄进行分组统计。结果:小学生唾液溶菌酶存在年龄差异(P<0.05),但无性别差异(P>0.05)。8岁~10岁年龄组小学生唾液溶菌酶参考值范围为0.51μg/ml~7.80μg/ml,11岁~14岁年龄组为0.44μg/ml~6.49μg/ml。结论:通过大量样本的调查,提出了小学生唾液溶菌酶正常参考值范围建议值。
Objective: To explore the primary reference value of salivary lysozyme in primary school. Methods: The saliva was collected by the advanced saliva collection tube. The content of lysozyme in the saliva was determined by turbidimetric method and grouped by sex and age. Results: There were age differences in salivary lysozyme among pupils (P <0.05), but no gender differences (P> 0.05). Reference values for salivary lysozyme in pupils aged 8 to 10 years ranged from 0.51μg / ml to 7.80μg / ml, while those in the 11-14 age group ranged from 0.44μg / ml to 6.49μg / ml. Conclusion: Based on the survey of a large number of samples, the proposed value of salivary lysozyme normal reference range for pupils was proposed.
